The piano at Newton Rec Centre was designed by Bailey Heffernan. Bailey is a local high school artist who is very involved in her high school art program and has some great ideas for expanding community art in Newton and was mentored by Leah McCullough, chair of the Surrey Arts Council, on the project.  Local community members also assisted Bailey in the process.
